Everything creators and viewers ask most about VPZONE, in short self-contained answers.
VPZONE (vpzone.tv) is a low-latency live streaming platform built for creators. Streamers go live with OBS, Streamlabs, SRT or a PS5, viewers watch with about 1–2 seconds of delay over LL-HLS, and the community talks in real-time chat. Creators earn from channel subscriptions and Pixels tips from their very first stream.
VPZONE is operated by Solutions Techno-Rédac inc., a Canadian company registered in the province of Quebec. The platform is available worldwide at vpzone.tv, in English and French, with ingest servers in Canada and Europe. VPZONE follows Canadian privacy law as well as GDPR and CCPA.
Yes. Watching, chatting, streaming and multistreaming to 3 destinations are free on VPZONE. VPZ+ is an optional membership at 5 CAD per month that unlocks extra perks, and viewers can choose to subscribe to a channel or buy Pixels to tip streamers. Nothing is required to watch or to go live.
VPZONE is a family-friendly platform. Illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, copyright infringement and the exploitation of minors are not allowed. The VPZONE moderation team, helped by community reports, acts on violations within 24 hours. You must be 18 or older to create an account and stream.
VPZONE streamers keep 70% of channel subscription revenue from their first minute, with no follower minimum and no application. The share rises automatically with the Creator Program: 75% as Affiliate, 80% as Verified and up to 90% for the top tiers. VPZONE's platform fee is 10–30%, compared with the 30–50% common elsewhere.
The VPZONE Creator Program has tiers that unlock automatically once a channel meets the requirements, such as followers, hours streamed over 30 days and active subscribers. There is nothing to apply for. A creator who drops below the bar keeps the tier for a 90-day grace period. The current requirements are always listed on the Creator Program page.
VPZONE pays creators through Stripe Connect, available in 26 countries; setting it up takes about 5 minutes. Earnings from subscriptions, gifts and Pixels are held for 31 days to cover chargebacks, then released on the next daily payout run once the balance passes the minimum threshold.
Pixels are VPZONE's virtual currency for tipping streamers in chat, with an animated card everyone sees. 100 Pixels are worth 1.00 CAD to the streamer, who keeps 100% with no platform fee. Streamers lock received Pixels for payout (minimum 100) and get paid 31 days later. Purchased Pixels can be sent but never cashed out.
New VPZONE channels are featured on the home page live grid with a "New" badge for their first 7 days of streaming. The live grid is shuffled rather than sorted by viewer count, so small streams get the same shot at the top. Streaming 30 minutes in total also unlocks 7 free days of VPZ+.
Yes. VPZONE multistream sends the same broadcast to Twitch, YouTube and Kick at the same time, so your current audience keeps watching where it is. Twitch connects in one click and 3 destinations are free; VPZ+ makes destinations unlimited. If you have an exclusivity contract with another platform, check its terms first.
Pulse is VPZONE's watch-time reward. Viewers earn Pulse every minute they watch a live stream and by tapping Claims that appear in chat, up to a daily ceiling. Pulse can boost a streamer to the top of Browse, add channel emote slots, or, with VPZ+, be exchanged for Pixels.
VPZ+ (VPZONE+) is the VPZONE platform membership at 5 CAD per month plus taxes, cancellable in one click. It includes unlimited multistream, streaming straight from a PS5, the Twitch chat bridge, viewer country analytics, an animated avatar, team creation, Pulse-to-Pixels exchange and boosts. VPZ+ revenue supports the platform; it is separate from channel subscriptions.
VPZONE accepts RTMP and SRT, so OBS, Streamlabs and ffmpeg all work; use rtmp://rtmp.vpzone.tv:1935/live in Canada or rtmp://eur.vpzone.tv:1935/live in Europe. VPZ+ members can also go live straight from a PlayStation 5, without a PC or capture card. VPZONE recommends up to 8000 kbps at 1080p60.
Yes. The VPZONE app for Android lets you watch live streams, chat, follow your favorite channels and get go-live alerts. An iOS version is planned through Apple's TestFlight beta. Download links are on vpzone.tv/app.
