Takedown process

If you believe content on VPZONE infringes your copyright, send a written notice tosolutionstechnoredac@gmail.com containing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
  2. URL(s) of the infringing content on VPZONE (e.g. /watch/slug, /u/user).
  3. Your contact information (name, email, physical address).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized and that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We act on valid notices within 72 hours by removing the content and notifying the uploader.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, send a counter-notice to the same email with:

  1. Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
  3. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
  4. Your signature.

Upon a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original claimant files a legal action within 10 business days.

Repeat infringers

Accounts receiving 3+ valid takedowns within 12 months are suspended. Egregious or repeated infringement may result in immediate permanent termination.

Music, game streaming

Streaming copyrighted music without a license (Spotify, radio, major-label tracks) is a common source of takedowns. Use streamer-friendly libraries (e.g. Pretzel Rocks, Monstercat Gold). Most game publishers allow streaming their games — but a few don't. When in doubt, check the publisher's content policy.
