Takedown process
If you believe content on VPZONE infringes your copyright, send a written notice tosolutionstechnoredac@gmail.com containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- URL(s) of the infringing content on VPZONE (e.g.
/watch/slug,/u/user). - Your contact information (name, email, physical address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized and that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We act on valid notices within 72 hours by removing the content and notifying the uploader.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, send a counter-notice to the same email with:
- Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
- Your signature.
Upon a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original claimant files a legal action within 10 business days.
Repeat infringers
Accounts receiving 3+ valid takedowns within 12 months are suspended. Egregious or repeated infringement may result in immediate permanent termination.
Music, game streaming
Streaming copyrighted music without a license (Spotify, radio, major-label tracks) is a common source of takedowns. Use streamer-friendly libraries (e.g. Pretzel Rocks, Monstercat Gold). Most game publishers allow streaming their games — but a few don't. When in doubt, check the publisher's content policy.
