VPZONE is a live-streaming platform operated at vpzone.tv. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You're responsible for everything that happens on your account — keep your password safe and enable two-factor auth if you monetize your channel.

You agree not to broadcast, upload, or chat content that is:

• Illegal, hateful, or harassing;
• Sexually explicit or featuring minors;
• Violating intellectual-property rights (music, movies, games with no license);
• Spam, phishing, malware, or automated abuse;
• Impersonation of other users or public figures.

We may remove content, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these rules at our discretion.

Fans can subscribe to creators via Stripe. VPZONE keeps a platform fee (currently 30%); the remainder is paid to the creator monthly once the balance exceeds the minimum threshold and after payment processor fees.

Creators must comply with Stripe's terms and applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction. We may withhold payouts for investigation of abuse.

Affiliate tier is auto-granted based on channel activity. Verified and Partner tiers are granted at our sole discretion. Tiers may be revoked for policy violations without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings — a 14-day soft-delete window applies before permanent deletion. We may terminate accounts for repeated violations, fraud, or at the request of law enforcement.

VPZONE is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for content published by users, viewer behavior, or business decisions made based on our analytics. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
