Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 July 2026
1. Who we are
VPZONE is a live-streaming platform operated at vpzone.tv by Solutions Techno-Rédac inc., a company incorporated in Québec, Canada (301-4609 route de Fossambault, Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier, QC G3N 2T7). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1.1 Proof of concept & experimental. VPZONE is an experimental project and a proof of concept— a platform built for fun and for experimentation. It is provided on a best-effort, “as is” basis, may change, break, pause, or be discontinued at any time, and must not be relied upon as a source of income or as any kind of commercial or financial guarantee.
2. Account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You're responsible for everything that happens on your account — keep your password safe and enable two-factor auth if you monetize your channel.
3. Original content and copyright
3.1 Original-content platform. VPZONE is primarily designed for the broadcast and sharing of original content created by the user(gameplay, IRL, creative work, podcasts, talk shows, and similar).
3.2 Required rights. You may only stream, upload, chat, or otherwise publish content for which you own the necessary rights or hold a valid, current licence, permission, or other legal basis to use.
3.3 Prohibited use of third-party content. Without the written permission of the rightsholder, you must not broadcast, rebroadcast, restream, mirror, replay, copy, perform, or otherwise communicate to the public, in whole or in part, any of the following:
- (a) television channels, cable channels, or satellite broadcasts;
- (b) news, journalistic, or media content;
- (c) videos, films, episodes, or series (including trailers);
- (d) live sports events, e-sports events, or pay-per-view events;
- (e) software, games, or game cinematics where the publisher prohibits commercial streaming; and
- (f) any other content protected by copyright, trademark, neighbouring rights, performers' rights, or any similar right anywhere in the world.
3.4 User responsibility. You alone are responsible for the content you publish on VPZONE. By publishing content you represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to do so and that the content does not infringe any third party's rights.
4. Commentary, reaction and transformative use
4.1 Permitted commentary. Discussions, analyses, critiques, commentaries, reviews, or reactions involving third-party material may be permitted where they comply with applicable law (including the fair-dealing provisions of the Canadian Copyright Act and equivalent doctrines in other jurisdictions) and where the broadcast is not, in substance, a simple rebroadcast of the underlying third-party content.
4.2 Case-by-case assessment. VPZONE reserves the right to assess each broadcast on a case-by-case basis and to act on a complaint, takedown notice, or internal review at any time.
4.3 No legal advice. VPZONE does not provide legal advice on what constitutes fair dealing, fair use, transformative use, or any other defence to copyright infringement. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party material is lawful, and you should consult your own legal counsel if you are uncertain.
5. Political speech and expression
5.1 Open discussion. Users are welcome to discuss political, social, current-affairs, and other sensitive topics on VPZONE. We will not suspend or ban a user solely because of their political opinion.
5.2 Lawful expression only. The freedom to discuss these topics does not override your other obligations under these Terms or under the law. In particular, expression on VPZONE must not:
- (a) infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights;
- (b) constitute illegal content, hate speech, threats, defamation, harassment, or incitement to violence; or
- (c) otherwise violate these Terms.
5.3 Platform focus. VPZONE remains a platform primarily oriented toward gaming, entertainment, creators, and their communities. We may apply category, discovery, and monetization decisions consistent with that focus.
6. Strictly prohibited content (zero tolerance)
VPZONE does not, under any circumstance, allow content, conduct, links, chat messages, usernames, avatars, channel names, descriptions, emotes, or discussions that promote, normalize, glorify, depict, request, distribute, or otherwise facilitate:
- (a) the sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors;
- (b) child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors;
- (c) paedophilia or grooming;
- (d) sexual abuse or non-consensual sexual conduct;
- (e) human trafficking;
- (f) terrorism, violent extremism, or the celebration of mass violence;
- (g) extremely graphic violence, gore, or real-world cruelty designed to shock; or
- (h) any other content VPZONE reasonably determines to be gravely harmful, illegal, or incompatible with the values and safety of the community.
6.1 Immediate action. Violations of this Section may result in immediate stream termination, removal of all related content, permanent account termination without notice, forfeiture of pending payouts, and reporting to law-enforcement authorities and to organizations such as the Canadian Centre for Child Protection / Cybertip.ca where applicable.
6.2 No association. VPZONE does not want, and will not tolerate, any association with this type of content.
7. Community conduct, moderation & reporting
7.1 Discretionary powers. VPZONE may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:
- (a) remove, hide, demonetize, or restrict any content;
- (b) interrupt or terminate a live stream;
- (c) suspend, demote, or terminate an account;
- (d) revoke creator-tier status, badges, or programme eligibility;
- (e) disable monetization features (subscriptions, VPZONE+, tipping, payouts);
- (f) rotate or invalidate a stream key; and
- (g) block IP addresses, devices, or registration domains associated with abuse.
7.2 Protective action. VPZONE may act quickly where required to protect the platform, its users, partners, creators, rightsholders, or the integrity of the service.
7.3 Proportionate response. Decisions will generally consider the severity, context, intent, repetition, and legal risk of the conduct. Some violations (in particular those listed in Section 6) warrant immediate and permanent action without prior warning.
7.4 Respect, harassment & drama (zero tolerance). VPZONE is a community, and targeting, demeaning, or intimidating other people is not welcome here. Without limiting Section 6, the following are prohibited across all VPZONE spaces (streams, chat, profiles, posts, clips, usernames, emotes):
- (a) harassment, bullying, targeted insults, or verbal abuse;
- (b) threats, intimidation, or inciting others against a person;
- (c) coordinated pile-ons, brigading, or stirring up drama against a user or creator;
- (d) doxxing or sharing another person's private information without consent;
- (e) hateful conduct or slurs based on a protected characteristic; and
- (f) sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances.
Because this conduct directly harms our users, VPZONE may act severely and immediately, without prior warning — including timing out, suspending, or permanently terminating the accounts involved and removing the related content. We are taking faster action on these incidents to keep VPZONE a clean and safe place.
7.5 Reporting misconduct & evidence. If you witness or experience misconduct, use the in-platform Report tools (the Report button on a channel, profile, or chat message) instead of responding in public. Where you can safely do so, preserve evidence — screen recordings and screenshots — and keep it available; this evidence is important to a fair review. Do not retaliate or handle it yourself in public; let the platform act. Reports are reviewed by VPZONE moderators and administrators.
7.6 Neutral and impartial review. VPZONE acts neutrally and impartially. We do not take sides in personal disputes; we assess conduct against these Terms and the evidence. As our baseline standard, VPZONE applies the principles and procedures of Canadian law when assessing conduct and resolving disputes, and a person is treated fairly until a violation is established. Outcomes are decided on the facts — not on popularity, audience size, or who spoke first.
7.7 During a dispute.If you are involved in a dispute or “drama”:
- (a) do not respond or escalate in public — step away;
- (b) act within the platform — block, mute, and file a report;
- (c) handle personal disagreements privately, off public forums; and
- (d) be respectful and kind to others.
Continuing to fuel a public conflict after being asked to stop may itself be treated as misconduct under Section 7.4.
7.8 Appeals. Users may appeal a moderation decision by writing to info@technoredac.ca with a description of the action complained of and any supporting evidence. VPZONE will review the appeal in good faith but is not obliged to reverse any decision.
7.9 Notice, reason & transparency. Outside the zero-tolerance categories in Section 6 (which warrant immediate action), where VPZONE revokes a creator tier, disables monetization, or suspends or terminates an account for an established violation, we will tell the affected user what action was taken and the reason, and they may appeal under Section 7.8. Consistent with Sections 5.1 and 7.6, we do nottake these actions because of a user's lawful opinions, their criticism of VPZONE, or their involvement in an unrelated dispute — only for conduct that actually breaches these Terms, assessed on the evidence.
8. Copyright complaints and takedown
8.1 Rightsholder contact. Owners of copyright, trademarks, or other rights who believe content on VPZONE infringes their rights may submit a notice to info@technoredac.ca. The notice should include:
- (a) identification of the protected work or right at issue;
- (b) a link to the allegedly infringing material on VPZONE;
- (c) the rightsholder's contact information;
- (d) a statement that the complainant has a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and
- (e) a statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the rightsholder.
8.2 Notice-and-notice (Canada) and equivalent regimes. VPZONE will process notices in accordance with the Canadian Copyright Actnotice-and-notice regime and any other applicable regime (including the U.S. DMCA where required). We may forward complete notices to the user responsible for the content.
8.3 Provisional removal. VPZONE may remove, hide, or disable access to the allegedly infringing content during review of a complaint, without admission of liability.
8.4 User cooperation. If a complaint is received concerning your content, you must cooperate promptly. Failure to respond, repeated infringement, or making misrepresentations in a counter-notice may result in account termination and loss of monetization.
8.5 Misuse of the process. Knowingly submitting false or abusive complaints may itself result in account termination and may expose the complainant to legal liability.
9. Monetization & subscriptions
Fans can subscribe to creators via Stripe (single tier, 5 CAD / month). VPZONE keeps a tier-based platform fee: 25% (Affiliate), 20% (Verified), and 10% (VP Certified, Partner, and VP Ambassador). The remainder is paid to the creator's Stripe Connect account.
Payout hold. Each subscription payment is held for 31 days from the transaction date (matching Stripe's standard chargeback window) before becoming available for payout. After the hold expires, mature earnings are released daily by an automated payout job to your Stripe Connect balance and then deposited to your bank on the schedule you set in the Stripe dashboard. Standard Stripe processing fees and any account minimums apply.
Creators must comply with Stripe's terms and applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction. We may withhold payouts for investigation of abuse, suspected fraud, or excessive chargebacks.
Renewal notice & cancellation. Fan subscriptions renew monthly. About 7 days before each renewal the subscriber receives an email stating the amount and renewal date, with a link to cancel auto-renew from /settings/billing before the charge is taken. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Billing questions: facturation@technoredac.ca.
10. VPZONE+ (and Founders Hall)
VPZONE+ is a voluntary donation to help fund the ongoing development, hosting, transcoding and moderation of the platform. It is not a payment for a commercial service and it is not a creator subscription — every dollar goes directly into keeping VPZONE running and ad-light. The current donation is 5.00 CAD per month (taxes added where applicable) and may change with at least 14 days notice.
As a thank-you, active VPZONE+ supporters receive the following benefits while their donation is active:
- Glowing ✦ VPZ+ badge displayed next to your name in every chat (requires a linked Discord account);
- Unlimited custom emojis on your account — free members are capped at 10;
- Animated avatars (GIF / WebP) across the site;
- Pinned chat message capability for VPZ+ supporters;
- Pre-roll ad exemption when watching any live stream on the platform;
- Optional homepage showcase — opt in from
/settings/billingto have your avatar appear in the ✦ VPZONE+ Members section of the homepage; - Discord VPZ+ role automatically synced to your linked Discord account;
- Access to any future VPZ+-only perks we may add over time.
Founders Hall. The first one hundred (100) people ever to activate VPZONE+ also receive a permanent Founder slot in the public Founders Hall at /founders, including a numbered badge variant, a lifetime pre-roll ad exemption, and recognition as an early supporter of the platform. Founder slots are limited, assigned on a first-come-first-served basis, and once the 100 slots are filled no further slots will ever be issued. Loss of an active VPZONE+ donation does not remove the historical Founder recognition, but VPZ+-gated benefits (badge, unlimited emojis, etc.) remain tied to an active donation.
Non-refundable. Because VPZONE+ is a voluntary donation in support of the platform — and because every monthly payment immediately unlocks digital benefits that are consumed in real time — all VPZONE+ payments (whether self-purchased, gifted, or renewed) are final and non-refundable from the moment any benefit is used. "Use" includes, without limitation: the ✦ badge being rendered in any chat, sending a message with the badge attached, uploading or using any custom emoji beyond the free quota, displaying an animated avatar, pinning a message, watching any stream with the pre-roll ad exemption applied, your slot being assigned in the Founders Hall, or your avatar appearing in the homepage showcase. By activating VPZONE+ you acknowledge that you are making a donation in exchange for these benefits and you waive any right to a refund or chargeback once any benefit has been delivered.
Cancel anytime. You can cancel your VPZONE+ donation at any time from /settings/billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your benefits remain active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made. Past months are never refunded.
Renewal notice. About 7 days before each renewal we email you a reminder showing the amount (5 CAD) and the renewal date, with a link to cancel auto-renew before then. Billing questions: facturation@technoredac.ca.
VPZONE+ donations are billed in CAD via Stripe, with Canadian sales tax (GST/QST and equivalents) calculated and collected automatically by Stripe Tax where applicable. VPZONE+ payments are tracked separately from creator subscriptions; no portion of a VPZONE+ donation is paid to any creator.
11. Pixels, cases & virtual items
11.1 Virtual items only. Pixels, cases, case contents, channel points, badges, and any other virtual item on VPZONE are licensed to you for use on the platform only. They are not money, have no cash value, and — except for the official creator payout program operated by VPZONE — cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for money or anything of value.
11.2 No off-platform business (strictly forbidden). It is strictly forbidden to conduct any business outside of VPZONE involving Pixels, cases, or any other VPZONE virtual item. In particular, you must not sell, buy, resell, rent, raffle, auction, or exchange Pixels or cases — or accounts holding them — for real money or anything of value, whether through PayPal or any other means (bank or Interac transfer, cryptocurrency, gift cards, cash, goods, services, or items on other platforms), on or off VPZONE. Advertising, soliciting, or brokering such a transaction is prohibited to the same extent as completing it.
11.3 Immediate and permanent ban. Violating Section 11.2 results in the immediate and permanent termination of every account involved — buyers and sellers alike — without prior warning, together with the forfeiture of all Pixels balances, cases, escrowed amounts, and pending payouts. VPZONE may also report suspected fraud or money laundering to payment processors and to the competent authorities.
11.4 Cases: free to receive, transparent odds. Cases are funded entirely by the streamer who creates them and are always given to viewers free of charge — they are never sold, and no purchase is necessary to receive one. Every case displays its full item pool and the exact odds of each item before opening, and every opening is provably fair (the server seed is committed by hash before opening and revealed after). Drop rates are documented on the Help page.
11.5 Minors. Purchasing Pixels (or any paid product on VPZONE) requires that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that a parent or legal guardian has consented to the purchase and supervises it. By making a purchase you confirm this is the case.
12. Creator tier program
The auto-promotion ladder, based on rolling 30-day channel activity, is:
- Affiliate — 5 followers + 3 hours streamed (25% platform fee).
- Verified — 15 followers + 10 hours streamed (20% platform fee).
- VP Certified — 100 followers + 30 hours streamed + 10 active subscribers (10% platform fee). This is the top tier reachable through auto-promotion.
Partner is an invite-only recognition granted by VPZONE admins to creators who consistently bring effort, results and positive community standing to the platform. There is no application process; Partner is hand-picked at our sole discretion and shares the same 10% platform fee as VP Certified. VP Ambassador (Founding Partner) is a legacy variant of Partner reserved for selected early founders and inherits the same revenue share.
Permanence. Affiliate and Verified, once granted, are permanent — there is no monthly maintenance threshold and no automatic demotion for these two tiers. VP Certified is maintained against its granting threshold (100 followers + 30 hours + 10 active subscribers, rolling 30 days); a VP Certified creator who falls below enters a 30-day grace period and, if metrics do not recover, is demoted to the highest tier they still meet. Any tier may be revoked at any time for policy violations or abuse without prior notice.
No salary or guaranteed income. Creator tiers and roles — including Affiliate, Verified, VP Certified, Partner, VP Ambassador, moderators, and any other status — are forms of recognition, not employment. VPZONE does not pay any recurring salary, wage, retainer, stipend, or guaranteed or fixed incometo any creator, ambassador, partner, affiliate, certified member, moderator, or anyone else. The only money a creator may receive is their own share of voluntary fan subscriptions as described in Section 9 — which depends entirely on that creator's own subscribers, is variable, and is never guaranteed. Tiers, badges, fee percentages, and the program itself may change or be discontinued at any time. Consistent with Section 1.1, VPZONE is a proof-of-concept and experimental platform and creates no employment, partnership, agency, or fixed-payment relationship of any kind.
No guarantee of views, audience, or popularity. VPZONE provides the tools and the stage, but it does not guarantee any level of views, viewers, followers, subscribers, watch time, discovery placement, reach, growth, or popularity. Your results depend on your own effort, consistency, and content, as well as factors outside our control. Discovery, recommendations, rankings, and featured placement are provided on a best-effort basis and may change at any time, and nothing on the platform should be read as a promise of an audience or of success.
13. Stream recordings (VODs)
Stream recording is opt-in per channel from Dashboard → Stream settings. When recording is enabled, completed streams are retained for 72 hoursfor general accounts and 7 days for active VPZONE+ subscribers, after which the file is automatically and permanently deleted. Creators can delete a VOD on demand at any time from their dashboard. VPZONE may also remove a VOD that violates these Terms.
14. Termination & account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. A 14-day grace period applies — sign back in during that window to cancel. We may terminate accounts for repeated violations, fraud, or at the request of law enforcement.
14.1 Deletion agreement & consent record. To delete your account you must accept a deletion agreement. When you confirm, VPZONE records and retains a permanent, tamper-evident proof of consent — including your IP address, a timestamp, and a cryptographic (HMAC) signature of the request — and emails a copy to the operator. This consent record is kept indefinitely as legal proof that the deletion was authorized, even after your account itself is removed.
14.2 What removal means (anonymization). After the grace period your personal data is anonymized: your profile details (username, display name, avatar, bio, links) are scrubbed, any channel is taken offline, and your login is permanently disabled. We retain only the minimal anonymized record and the signed consent proof described in 14.1; we do not keep your personal data beyond what is necessary for that proof and for our legal and accounting obligations.
14.3 Pending revenue. If you have unpaid earnings still inside the 31-day payout hold at the time you delete, you choose at confirmation either to wait for your next payout (and delete afterwards) or to forfeit those pending earnings, which are then donated to the platform and cannot be recovered.
14.4 Subscriptions & renewals on deletion. When you request deletion we immediately cancel auto-renew on all of your own active subscriptions and VPZONE+ donation, and at final removal we also cancel any subscriptions other members hold to your channel — so no further charge is taken once you have left. If, despite this, a charge is taken after your account has been removed, we treat it as a billing error and refund it. This is the only refund exception to the non-refundable terms above; charges for periods used before removal are not refunded. Billing questions: facturation@technoredac.ca.
15. Liability
VPZONE is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for content published by users, viewer behavior, or business decisions made based on our analytics. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
17. AI-Assisted Development
VPZONE is proudly built with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Approximately 70% of the platform's code, design, and features were developed using AI tools, with 30% crafted and directed by our human team.
We believe AI is transforming how software is built — and we embrace it fully. From 2026 onward, AI will play an increasingly central role in how platforms are created, maintained, and improved. VPZONE is proud to be at the forefront of this shift.
All AI-generated outputs are reviewed, tested, and deployed under human oversight.
