Hubal knows what it is to be exalted and then broken. In the old world his statue stood chief among the idols of the Kaaba, carved from red carnelian, his severed right arm replaced with one of pure gold, and before him were cast the seven arrows that decided every fate, every quarrel, every death. The empire raised him high. The Iconoclasts cut him down and melted his golden arm to nothing. Now he casts a new lot. He steps into the skin of the disgraced general Khazan, binds the Blade Phantom, an aggregate of warriors who died in combat, to his crippled arms in place of severed tendons, and walks down from the frozen mountains into the heart of a treacherous empire to reclaim what was taken. ☽ ٭ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ۞ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ٭ ☾ A playthrough of The First Berserker: Khazan, New Game, Expert difficulty. About Me

وَاللَّاتِ وَالْعُزَّى، وَمَنَاةَ الثَّالِثَةِ الأُخْرَى، فَإِنَّهُنَّ الْغَرَانِيقُ الْعُلَى، وَإِنَّ شَفَاعَتَهُنَّ لَتُرْتَجَى 🌙 🕋 🌙 I'm not a professional streamer. I play games as a hobby, whenever I find the time. For me, streaming is a small act of defiance, a way to prove to myself that Multiple Sclerosis won't get the better of me, that its fatigue and symptoms don't get the final word. Every difficult game is a refusal to surrender what this disease tries to claim. The idea came from an old friend I've long since lost contact with. She was fascinated by the old Arabian gods and their myths, and thought it deeply unjust what became of them. She hated religious oppression in all its forms. She's the Witch and she never quite left my mind, not since childhood. So in a way, all of this is for her. To al-Lāt, who was called mother. To al-ʿUzzā, the mightiest. To Manāt, who holds our fates. To Hubal, who refuses to be forgotten.

Warnings

A word before the crusade begins. The tongue I speak in is not my own, English is a borrowed blade, and I do not yet wield it with grace. Nor am I at ease behind the mic. I am but a pilgrim newly come to this craft of streaming, an amateur still learning the rites. So bear with me, mortals. Stumbles will come, and words may falter, yet the hunt goes on, and I grow stronger with every soul. Walk with me, and forgive the rough edges. 🙏
