Terms of Service refresh — original content, copyright and zero-tolerance rules
We clarified what you can and can't broadcast, what counts as fair commentary, and how copyright complaints work. Plus a fix for follow alerts on the OBS overlay.
A quick heads-up: the Terms of Service got a refresh today. Nothing dramatic — we just made the rules clearer so everyone knows where the line is.
What changed
- Original content first. VPZONE is for content you create yourself. If you don't own it or have permission, you can't broadcast it. - No rebroadcasts from other platforms. Don't restream Twitch / YouTube / Kick / TV / sports / movies / shows. If it's someone else's feed or recording, it can't go through your channel. - Reactions and commentary are OK. Talking about a clip, reviewing it, reacting to it — fine, as long as you're not just rebroadcasting it. We look at these case by case. - You can talk politics. We won't ban you over an opinion. The same rules apply though — no hate, no harassment, no illegal stuff. - Zero tolerance. Anything involving the exploitation of minors, CSAM, sexual abuse, terrorism, or extreme gore — instant ban, content removed, reported to authorities. No exceptions, no warnings. - Copyright complaints. If you're a rightsholder and someone is using your stuff without permission, email info@technoredac.ca and we'll review.

One more thing — OBS overlay alerts fix. If multiple people followed you in a short burst, only the first alert was playing. That's fixed now — every follow, sub, and reward will trigger its own alert and sound, no matter how fast they come in.
